![]() Long time player with several hundred hours on the standalone client. Having wasted too much time on this turd because i just didn't have anything else to play, i sincerely wouldn't recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. it's a cheap call of duty clone with embarrassingly bad netcode, glaring map and game design flaws, broken settings, a buggy engine, grossly overpriced microtransactions, dishonest devs who do not care about or support the us/eu regions outside of encouraging them to buy said microtransactions, the usual amount of blatant cheaters you expect in every f2p game these days, and of course idiot community mods. Having played the game for quite a while prior to this i can earnestly say to anyone reading: don't waste your time on this game, it's not worth it. This was just the final straw that made me finally quit. It sucks because it seemed like i was actually making headway with the other mod before this clown stepped in, crapped the bed, and banned me for asking him to please not. ![]() Real crack team of geniuses in charge of this community. I posted screenshot proof from his private message of the default ini file to me that he was full of crap, and he proceeded to remove all of my posts and ban me from the discord. I posted a message declining his "help" because it was clear he didn't know what he was doing and I didn't want to waste either of our time, and he proceeded to start making nonsense posts about how i didn't respond to him (i did), and how the ini folder has multiple ini files he was maybe going to send (but obviously didn't), and how i was refusing help and my issue would be ignored from now on. ![]() The ini file that actually affects the game and reflects settings changes is the local ini file which he DID NOT send me and this showed me he didn't really know what he was doing. The default ini file you cannot edit or the game won't launch, identical to my own in every way. this mod then privately sent me the default ini file over discord. another mod chimed in saying he would give me his ini file to exchange with my own to test/fix the issue. When i made a fuss one mod actually started helping troubleshoot via exchanging numerous screenshots and then said he would forward the issue on up. So I made posts on both the steam discussion boards and the discord about it, got a nonsense response to change brightness settings and my posts deleted. So now with the same graphics settings I had prior to the update I now have blinding flashing bloom clouded reflections all over my screen blinding and distracting me and screwing up my gameplay. ![]() The real problem is this "update" appears to have just rolled back the game to a previous version and reset graphics settings, and caused settings like "disable reflections" to no longer work. In february 2020 they released an "update" that removed daily log in rewards and gp/chip activity boxes because supposedly there was an exploit related to them (that didn't actually exist and was just an attempt to further push the us/eu servers towards blowing money on their severely overpriced microtransactions). ![]()
